While “Sukiyaki” felt like the Japanese Ponderosa, not surf, a belated treasure vote from a listener who is within sight, tho not quite earshot, of the Pacific surf. As usual, thanks for the liner notes.

Yes, the Winding "More" record can grow on you. Certainly not jazz in the serious sense, but fun in a kitschy way. Actually kind of hard to believe he even recorded it.
Julie London was as good looking as her voice implies. Hotsy totsy!
Rosemary Clooney always seems to imbue a song with class.
